AI Interrogation 10-Try Strategy

Plan all ten AI Interrogation questions with setup, evidence, contradiction, recovery, and confession turns without wasting the limited attempt budget.

AI Interrogation gives you ten tries to obtain a full confession according to its official Roblox description. Treat those tries as a budget: establish the story early, test the best evidence in the middle, and keep enough room to request and repair the final confession. The numbered plan here is flexible because cases and AI replies vary.

Do not force a scheduled question when the suspect reveals a stronger contradiction. The purpose of the plan is to prevent wasted turns, not to replace careful reading.

Before try one

Read the case premise and identify the event, time window, location, people, and important objects. Define what the suspect would need to admit for the account to feel complete. Keep the live text visible while you question; a clue from another case is not evidence here.

Choose one neutral opening prompt. Also decide which detail you will narrow if the first answer is vague. This preparation keeps the first two tries from becoming generic conversation.

Tries 1–2: establish the timeline

Try 1: Ask the suspect to describe what they personally did immediately before, during, and after the central event. A bounded timeline is more useful than “Tell me everything.”

Try 2: Narrow the weakest part. Ask for an exact location, time, route, or witness. If the first answer already contains a clear inconsistency, use try two to clarify it rather than gathering unrelated biography.

By the end of try two, you should have at least one statement the suspect can later confirm, change, or contradict.

Tries 3–4: test access and knowledge

Try 3: Ask how the suspect accessed the location, object, device, vehicle, or account involved in the premise. Separate general access from what they personally used.

Try 4: Ask about one exact object, sequence, or hidden detail. If the suspect claims no access but knows something only an involved person should know, preserve both statements.

Do not invent a fingerprint, camera, message, or witness. Use only facts shown by the case or produced by the suspect. A false clue can consume the rest of the run.

Tries 5–6: compare evidence

Try 5: Present the strongest current mismatch as two factual statements and ask for an explanation. Keep the tone firm and neutral.

Try 6: Test the explanation. Ask for the exact action that connects access to the incident, or compare the revised answer with the timeline. If the first explanation is coherent, switch to the next strongest evidence instead of treating every change as guilt.

At this point, you want more than suspicion. You need a chain linking the suspect’s story to an action or knowledge they cannot explain comfortably.

Try 7: force a decision

Use try seven to stop the investigation from spreading. Ask what the suspect personally did and why. If they blame someone else, ask which part they knowingly carried out. If they remain vague, request the order of actions rather than another broad denial.

This is also the latest comfortable point for a tone reset. If hostility has caused refusal, restate the evidence calmly and ask for clarification. If friendliness has produced agreeable but empty answers, stop reassuring and require a concrete action.

Try 8: request the confession

Summarize only the strongest chain: the original claim, the contradiction, and the action or knowledge connecting the suspect to the event. Ask for a complete account of what they did, how they did it, and why.

Avoid listing every weak suspicion. A concise close gives the response a clear target and leaves two tries to repair missing elements.

Tries 9–10: repair, do not restart

Read the response carefully. If it admits presence but not the act, ask how the suspect personally caused or carried out the central event. If it admits the act but not motive, ask only why. If it gives a motive but still denies the method, ask for the exact sequence.

Use try ten for the single missing piece and an explicit request to state the full confession. Do not reopen the beginning of the timeline unless the entire route collapsed.

The exact game acceptance rule is not publicly documented. Watch the interface for completion feedback or a badge rather than assuming any dramatic sentence is enough.

Faster route after an early contradiction

If try one or two exposes a strong conflict, compress the plan:

  1. Clarify the conflict.
  2. Establish access or hidden knowledge.
  3. Ask for the personal action.
  4. Test the explanation.
  5. Ask motive.
  6. Request the full confession.

Save remaining turns for tone recovery or a missing detail. There is no reward in using all ten if the case confirms completion earlier.

Recovery route when nothing appears

If you reach try six with no useful conflict, stop asking open questions. Choose one evidence family and narrow it:

  • Time: require exact arrival, event, and departure order.
  • Place: ask how the suspect entered and what they saw.
  • Object: ask where it was, who handled it, and what changed.
  • Witness: ask what the witness could actually confirm.
  • Statement: compare the earliest answer with the newest version.

Use try seven on the best resulting mismatch, then continue to the confession request. A modest factual contradiction is more productive than a late insult.

Protect the tone budget

The official description warns that excessive meanness may cause shutdown and excessive niceness may let the suspect lie. Do not spend early tries flattering, threatening, or arguing. Neutral specificity is safer: quote a statement, state the conflicting fact, and ask for reconciliation.

When the suspect refuses, lower the emotional wording without abandoning the evidence. When the suspect agrees too easily, require times, actions, and responsibility.

Track each turn

Use a compact mental or written record: try number, new fact, conflict, and next target. After every response, ask whether the next turn should gather, test, recover, or close. If it does none of those, rewrite it.

The Question Planner provides a copyable ten-row worksheet when you want to mark each slot planned, asked, or skipped and keep the remaining confession parts visible.

For Daily or Custom Cases, the first attempt may map the premise. Carry only the useful structure into a new run. The AI may phrase things differently, so preserve goals and evidence categories rather than memorizing a rigid transcript.

Ten-try FAQ

Must I follow the exact numbered schedule?

No. Move to contradiction or confession earlier when the response supports it. The schedule protects room for closing questions.

Does every submitted message consume a try?

Treat every terminal submission as limited. Live interface behavior and paid features should be confirmed in game.

What if I am at try eight with no evidence?

Test the strongest time, access, object, witness, or changed-statement detail immediately, then use the final turns on responsibility and confession.

Is Infinite Tries required?

No requirement is stated for the standard ten-try loop. A pass named Infinite Tries is listed, but its exact live behavior should be confirmed before purchase.
